Breast Health education for teachers

Statistics show that around half of secondary school girls in the UK might be avoiding physical exercise because of embarrassment or pain caused by their breasts. This is sadly a staggering amount of young people that are affected, these are our future athletes, not to mention the impact this must be having on their mental health, physical health and overall school experience.

Hi, I’m Amber, a breast health and sports bra expert. I want to introduce you to The Breast Health Bootcamp; a course that has been specially created for teachers on Breast health and the importance of a sports bra for young people. Currently there is very little education on this topic available for students or teachers and sadly the statistics show how detrimental this can be to students' health and wellbeing in school. It's time to change that!

If you would like to find out more or enrol on the course, please get in contact or head to https://www.breasthealthcourses.com/

Kind regards,
Amber
