Just got rejected from Chester :(

Hi, I've been reading this forum for ages but never registered.
I'm a bit worried because I just got rejected from Chester and I only have one interview left.
(By the way, none of this is meant to sound arrogant, I'm actually quite timid!

I've got a 1st in Eng lit, I've worked as a teaching assistant for the last 3 months and I will be for the next 6, I work with SEN children, bad behaviour, i've done volunteer work in schools since I was 16, I'm grade 8 in piano and flute and I really love kids and the idea of being a teacher.
The day went ok, decent enough presentation, decent interview although one of the women there seemed to disagree with me a lot. Test scores let me down, 100% on English, 55% on Maths, 65% on Science...
Can anyone shed any light? I'm really upset and i'd be very grateful.
Thanks, Kate.
