Any advice for a stale teacher appreciated!

Postby Parttimeteacher on Sat Apr 10, 2021 9:01 pm

I have been teaching 13 years this year since I have been an nqt (in the same school.) In that time I have had two children and now only work two days. With my youngest child starting sxhool in September I have decided it’s time for a new job. But I feel really overwhelmed about where to start and if I will ever have the confidence to apply for a new job.

Any advice appreciated. ☺️

Dig out some research (online so it’s free) in a topic that interests you and relates to your role/subject. Inject something new into your teaching/role that stretches you and the students.
