Disabled People in Education

Looking for a little help from anyone working in education or who has previously worked in education. Please can you complete my questionnaire which is for my Masters Dissertation. The study is looking at the experiences of individuals with impairments as education professionals but you don't need to have an impairment to complete the questionnaire.
